As a family, we have dedicated
ourselves to continuing the time-honored tradition of preparing
pasta as our ancestors have in Europe.
Whether it be the simplest of pasta, to the unusual, all is made with 100%
durum wheat, semolina, farm fresh eggs, whole milk cheeses, and the finest
prime meats and vegetables. Each day the preparation of pasta is displayed
