As a family, we have dedicated
ourselves to continuing the time-honored tradition of preparing
pasta as our ancestors have in Europe.

durum wheat, semolina, farm fresh eggs, whole milk cheeses, and the finest
prime meats and vegetables. Each day the preparation of pasta is displayed
